This week I am taking part in a ‘Work in Progress’ exhibition 15th January to the 22nd January at the Royal College of Art. It is an exhibition of exploration, trials, experiments, ideas and what happens ifs.

The exhibition will feature work from the following disciplines – Fashion (menswear, womenswear, millinery, footwear and accessories); Textiles for fashion and interiors; Goldsmithing, Silversmithing, Metalwork & Jewellery and Photography. Some work will be for sale or commission.

The Christmas Art Market has a wide range of work and art forms from pottery and photography to work in fabric, jewellery, painting, drawing, printing, sculpture and craft work with the emphasis on the handmade and original. Come in to browse, to meet the artists and designer-makers and to enjoy a cup of tea and a mince pie.

This weekend I am taking part in a craft fair at South Hill Park, Bracknell with my knitting group Outcast. Come and see us on table 39 in the Wilde Theatre.

From 9th to 24th August I am taking part in ‘Encore WST’ at Gallery 10, 10 Gun Street, Reading.

Following the success of the Whiteknight Studio Trail in June earlier this year, members of the Whiteknight Studio Trail are exhibiting their work in a new Gallery in their home town.

I will be exhibiting a new range of knitted wrap scarves and mittens inspired by ‘Eastern European Folk’ and British painter Vanessa Bell.
